ABOUT SAM
Sam Sweeney is an aspiring advertising account manager and content creator. A fifth-generation Colorado native, he relocated to Provo, Utah to study advertising at Brigham Young University. With a deep need for individuality, he strives to stand out from those around him through his work, how he acts, and the interests he pursues. Sam enjoys using his creative background to help clients achieve their vision on commissioned projects.
Outside of advertising, Sam usually spends his time working on one of his many project cars, including multiple Ford Escorts and a Moon Buggy. He is also a dog lover and is proud of his Italian-American heritage. He is firm in his belief that The Sopranos is the greatest TV show of all time. Sam also enjoys taking long road trips, especially from his home in Utah to Colorado or California.
Work Experience
Account Manager/Brand Development – Specter Design (2021-2022)
Oversaw completion of client projects, served as in-house photographer, contributing brand strategist, consulted with clients to tastefully develop and execute their desired projects.
Set Producer – Lazarus Collection (2021-2022)
Worked with various clients to curate compelling visual sets using a variety of vintage sport cars. Assisted in production, art direction, and location scouting for both video and still photography.
Intern, Production Team – Vita Brevis Films (2021)
Assisted with on-site video shoots, helped organize and edit footage for clients, created and published online advertisements.
